1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or using RiyazSync ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RiyazSync is a practice-tracking application for musicians. It provides tools including a practice timer, metronome, instrument tuner, practice history, analytics, achievements, and related features. Some features use your device's microphone (for example, the Tuner) to detect pitch in real time; this audio processing happens entirely on your device and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted to our servers.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service's code or data

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create in the Service, including journal entries and practice notes. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely to provide the Service to you.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

RiyazSync offers a free plan and may offer paid subscription plans ("Pro"). Where paid plans are available, pricing, billing terms, and cancellation policies will be presented at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice to existing subscribers.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. RiyazSync is a practice tool and does not guarantee any specific musical outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RiyazSync is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
